Festivals
Over the years, the Lyceum Club of Greek Women of Lemnos has participated in numerous festivals in many places around Greece and abroad. The main goal of these festivals is to preserve different local traditions, promote cultural heritage, raise awareness on various customs and traditions and, of course, encourage social bonding among the participants.

The Lyceum Club of Greek Women of Lemnos was invited by the Lyceum Club of Greek Women of Serres in order to take part in its 60-year anniversary celebrations. The Lyceum Club of Greek Women of Lemnos was invited by the Greek Folklore Association of Sweden and travelled to Stockholm so as to participate in the festival with its adult dance group. The Lyceum Club of Greek Women of Lemnos took part in the performance held in Volos, on Sunday 28th June, which was organized by the Cultural Club of the Metropolitan Church of Dimitriada and Almyros called “Magniton Kivotos” in collaboration with the Lyceum Club of Greek Women of Volos.
