Traditional Clothing Exhibition
The exhibition called “Stiches of Tradition”, which was held thanks to a Stavros Niarchos Foundation’s (SNF) donation, is housed in the premises of the Lyceum Club of Greek Women of Lemnos. It features an extensive collection of traditional costumes with a view to familiarizing visitors with the art, the manufacturing process, the practical as well as the social role of folklore clothing. It features a representative sample of the extraordinary wealth of traditional clothing existing in Greece and its primary goal is to pass on the Greek cultural heritage to future generations. The exhibition is also closely linked to the educational programs the Lyceum Club of Greek Women of Lemnos organizes every year.
The traditional clothing exhibition was inaugurated on 2nd August 2019 and, since then, it has been open every summer, from 15th July to 31st August.

Tuesday and Thursday 11:00-13:00
Wednesday and Friday 19:30-21:30
